Layered loin
Ingredients

chopped bacon or emperor bacon

grounded red pepper

Mizo sour cream (20%)
to taste
mustard
25-30 dkg
Mizo Trappist cheese
as required
Mizo tea butter or oil
Instructions:
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, boil them in their peel until the are semi-soft, then let them cool. Peel and cut the potatoes into rings. Peal and chop onion and garlic. Tenderize the loin, being careful not to make it too thin. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry both sides of the meat. On the remaining fat sauté the chopped onions and garlic, add the bacon and fry together for approx. 5 more minutes.
Put the potatoes in a greased or oiled baking tray. Add salt, pepper and sprinkle with red pepper. Sprinkle 3/4 of the onion-bacon mixture on it, then spread the sour cream on the top. Arrange the meat on it, season with salt, pepper and spread mustard on the top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and remaining onion-bacon mix and bake it ready in approx. 45 minutes in a preheated 180 degree C oven
