Ingredients

For 4 persons

75 dkg
flour

egg
2dl
water
to taste
salt

for the filling:

2 pcs
leek
2 cloves
garlic
a little
oil
60 dkg
minced turkey meat
2 medium
carrot
20 dkg
green peas
to taste
salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
ground turmeric
to taste
crumbled tarragon
to taste
ground nutmeg
to taste
grounded red pepper

Instructions:

 

Mush the ingredients of the dough and roll it out into a thin layer. Wrap it around a rolling pin then cut it lengthwise into approx. 1/2 cm wide strips. Boil it in salted water, then drain the pasta.
Sauté the chopped onions and garlic in vegetable oil. Add the meat, diced carrots and   peas;simmer until it is ready. In the meantime add salt, pepper, turmeric, tarragon, nutmeg, red pepper.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Put half of it in a heat-resistant dish, add the filling on top and cover it with the other half of the dough. Grease it with sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake it in a preheated, hot oven.
