Meat cake with cottage cheese

28 dkg
flour
22 dkg
cold Mizo butter
2 dl
Mizo sour cream
to taste
salt

to stretch:

for the filling:

50 dkg
minced meat
25 dkg
Mizo curd
1 head
onion
to taste
little oil
to taste
salt
to taste
ground pepper
to taste
ground cumin
to taste
Red pepper
1 dl
water

for the baking tin:

as required
Mizo butter
as required
flour

for lubrication:

as required
egg yolk

Instructions:

 

Mix the ingredients of the dough . Shape 1  small and 1 large loaves and  refridgerate them overnight, wrapped in cling paper The dough may look a little sticky, but by the next day it will be perfect.
Sauté the chopped onion in a little vegetable oil. Add the meat and fry until it turns white. Mix in the spices, pour some water on it then simmer under the lid until the liquid is boiled off. Cool it a little, mix in the cottage cheese, set aside.
The larger dough loaf&bsp;is rolled out into a circle shape on a floured board, then put it into a greased cake tin.&Nbsp;Mix in the cottage cheese-meat filling,  and cover it with a rolled out dough layer made from the smaller dough loaf. Spread some slightly scrambled egg yolks on its top, prick with a fork, and  and bake it ready in a 200 degree C oven in approx. 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold, sliced.
