Meat with curd and cheese

Ingredients


3 db
turkey breast slices
to taste
chicken seasoning

for the filling:

6 slices
Mizo Trappist cheese
20 dkg
bumpy cottage cheese
1 db
leek
1 glass
Mizo sour cream (20%, 150 g)
to taste
salt

for breading:

as required
flour
2 pcs
egg
as required
breadcrumbs

for baking:

as required
oil

for serving:

to taste
French salad

Instructions:

 

Tenderize the meat and sprinkle it with the seasoning. Add the cheese.
Mix the curd with chopped leeks, the sour cream and add salt. Add it to the cheese and roll it up. Fix it with a meat needle so that it does not open in the frying pan. Coat it in the usual way with flour, lightly beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Deep fry in vegetable oil then drain the excess fat with a paper towel.
Serve it with Russian salad.
