Pasta with cottage cheese (túrós csusza) with fried bacon
Ingredients
50 dkg
thinly sliced meaty smoked bacon
45 dkg
Mizo curd
15 dkg
Mizo sour cream
25 dkg
ice cream dough
to taste
salt
Instructions:
Cook the pasta as instructed on the packaging, then drain it.
Mix the cottage cheese with the sour cream, add salt and fry it in a pan together with the pasta Line the baking tray with the bacon so that the bacon slices overhang the tray on both sides. Pour in the pasta with cottage cheese. Fold the ends of the bacon slices onto the pasta and bake for approx. 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Take it out of the oven and let it rest for a few minutes, then gently turn the pasta onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake until the bacon is golden brown and crispy. Serve as it is or as a side dish.
