Potatoes cassarole

medium size potatoes

garlic
1 large cup
Mizo sour cream (20%, 330 g)
20 dkg
Mizo Trappist cheese
freshly ground black pepper
approx. 5 dkg
Mizo butter
Instructions:
Boil the potatoes in their peel in lightly salted water and cook 10 eggs hard. After both have cooled, peel and slice the potatoes. Cut the sausage into rings.
Grease the baking dish with butter, add 1 layer of boiled potatoes, 1 layer of sausages on top, and continue layering with eggs. Smear with sour cream, seasoned with crushed garlic, salt and grated cheese. Continue the layering in this order until you run out of all ingredients. Smear the top thickly with sour cream mixed with 2 eggs, then sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown.
Tip: It is also delicious with Mizo with smoked cheese.
