Roasted peppers stuffed with meat

Ingredients for 4 pieces

1 package (12.5 dkg)
rice in a cooking bag
to taste

Pick minced fresh meat
1 gerezd

freshly ground black pepper
150 g (1 cup)
Mizo Sour Cream (20%)
4 pcs

Cook the rice in slightly salted water, then drain it. Fry the peeled, chopped onions and the meat in a little vegetable oil, then add the crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Stir in the rice and sour cream.
Cut the bell peppers in half, remove their core and fill each with the spicy rice and meat mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in a preheated 180 degree C oven for approx. 25 minutes.
