Spinach chicken tunnel

For 2 baking tins

60-70 dkg
chicken breast fillet
to taste
salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
2 pcs
egg
1 cup
Mizo sour cream (20%, 330 g)
25 dkg
Mizo Trappist cheese
2 tablespoons
flour
15 dkg
spinach
10 dkg
chopped bacon

for the baking tin:

as required
Mizo butter
as required
breadcrumbs
40 dkg
sliced bacon

Instructions:

 

Dice, salt and pepper the chicken breast. Mix the eggs with sour cream, grated cheese and flour, add the meat, spinach and bacon.
Grease the baking tins and sprinkle them with breadcrumbs. Put a layer of bacon on the bottom then arrange the mixed meat mass in them. Fold back the overhanging bacon parts to cover the dish and bake it in a preheated 200-degree oven for 1-1,5 hours.
