Chives potato salad recipe
Ingredients
1.5 kg
salad potatoes
1 large bouquet
chives
4.5 dl
Mizo lactose free sour cream
2 dl
mayonnaise

to taste
salt
Instructions:
Boil the potatoes in whole, let them cool, then peel them. Chop the cucumber, mix it with sour cream and mayonnaise. You may dilute the mix with a few spoons of pickles juice. Fold in the diced and salted boiled potatoes, then the finely chopped chives. Before serving put the food in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.
Tip: it is even more delicious with finely grated or sliced celery.
