Quick and Delicious for Beginner Cooks: Cheesy Egg and Corn Salad

Instructions:
If you love quick and hearty salads that come together in 15 minutes, you must try this one! And if you have leftover boiled eggs from Easter, use them up – you can even add some ham!
Drain the corn and mix it with the diced bell peppers. In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and mustard, seasoning with salt. Finally, mix in the cubed cheese and sliced boiled eggs.
You can serve this salad immediately, but letting it sit in the fridge for a few hours allows the flavors to meld together.
