Cheese and cottage cheese sticks
Ingredients

flour
25 dkg
Mizo curd
25 dkg
Mizo butter
1 teaspoon
salt
1 db
egg
10 dkg
Grated Mizo Trappist cheese
Instructions:
Knead the flour, cottage cheese, salt and the room temperature butter. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes then stretch to a thickness of 1 cm. Spread beaten egg on its top, sprinkle with cheese, then cut sticks from the dough with a cake cutter. Bake them ready in an oven preheated to 180 degree C, in approx. 20-25 minutes.
