Cheese biscuit (Hungarian “pogácsa”)

60 dkg
flour
25 dkg
Mizo vaj
2 dkg
fresh yeast
2 dl
Mizo milk (2.8%)
1 glass
Mizo sour cream (20%, 150 g)
to taste
salt

for lubrication:

to taste
egg

on the top:

to taste
Mizo Trappist cheese

Instructions:

 

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk, then knead an airy dough with the other ingredients and let it rise for 1 hour. Roll it out, cut it with a cake cutter, then spread the beaten egg on its top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
