for the filling:

25 dkg
Mizo curd
3-4 tablespoons
Mizo sour cream
20 dkg
ham cut into small cubes
3 db
hard boiled eggs chopped
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1 small bouquet
chives chopped (optional)
1 small bouquet
parsley chopped (optional)
to taste
to taste
freshly ground pepper

 Bring water to boil in a large cooking pan, remove it from the heat and put the cheese in hot water for 30 minutes.
Mix the ingredients of the filling.
Take out the cheese from the cooking pan let it cool then roll it out on an oiled surface. Fill the cheese sheet with the filling and roll it up tightly. Refrigerate for a few hours, finally cut into slices to serve.
