Cheese sticks with onions-green spices-grilled cheese

Mix the flour with salt, crumble the margarine into the mass, then add the egg yolk and sour cream. Knead thoroughly. Use a floured rolling pin to roll out the dough to an approx. thickness of 5 mm, spread it with a layer of lightly beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Use a rolling pasta cutter to cut it into approx. 1 cm wide, 8 cm long strips.
Grease and flour the baking tray and put the strips in it a few cm apart. Bake it ready in 20 minutes in a preheated 200 degree C oven.
Tip: you may store the grilled cheese in the freezer for approx. 30 minutes to make it easier to grate.
