25 dkg
margarine 1 kg
flour 1 tablespoon
salt 25 dkg
Mizo Trappist cheese 3-4 tablespoons
Mizo sour cream (20%) 2 pcs
egg to taste
cumin seeds (optional)

Instructions:

 
& nbsp;Crumble the margarine into the flour, add the salt, grated cheese, sour cream, eggs and cumin. Knead thoroughly, then shape the dough into balls and fry them in pairs in a waffle frying pan.

Tip:You may replace half of the cheese with smoked cheese for an added flavor.
