Mizo sour cream (20%)

lukewarm Mizo milk (2.8%) + little for lubrication

Instructions:

 

Mix the cottage cheese, sour cream and salt and melt the butter. Add the sugar cubes and yeast to the milk and dissolve the yeast in a warm place. Pour the melted butter to the curd mass, mix in 2 egg yolks, the dissolved yeast and knead thoroughly. Let the dough rise to its double in a warm place, then roll it out to a thickness of 1,5 cm on a floured board. Sprinkle with grated cheese, then roll up and roll out again, this time to a thickness of 2-3 cm. Cut out pogácsa shaped pieces of dough with a cake cutter, then place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread a mixture of the remaining egg yolk and a little milk on their top, and bake them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for approx. 20 minutes.
