Ham-cheese triangle

Ingredients


1 teaspoon
sugar
2.5 dl
haf-warm Mizo milk (2.8%)
2.5 dkg
fresh yeast
40 dkg
flour
1 teaspoon
salt
1 dl
oil

for the filling:

1 glass
Mizo sour cream (20%, 330 g)
2 gerezd
garlic
to taste
ham
to taste
risked bacon
to taste
purple Onion
to taste
canned corn
to taste
Kneaded cheese from Mizo Uncle

on the top:

1 db
egg
to taste
sesame

Instructions:

 

Dissolve the yeast in sugary milk and mix it with the other ingredients. Knead for about 5 minutes so that you have a slightly sticky dough. Cover and let it rise to double at a warm place.
Roll out the dough on a floured board. Season the sour cream with the crushed garlic and spread it on top of the dough. Toss the diced ham, bacon, chopped onion, corn and grated cheese on the rolled dough. Fold the two ends and then roll up the dough. Egg wash the top with lightly beaten eggs, cut triangles from the dough with the toppings – one cut left, one cut right – and sprinkle sesame seeds on the top. Bake it for 20-25 minutes in a preheated 180 degree C oven.
