Hungarian cheese puffs with brindza (sheep's cheese), cottage cheese and cheese top

50 dkg
Mizo butter

Mizo Trappist cheese
Instructions:
Knead the dough ingredients, cover and leave them in the fridge for 20 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into an approx. thickness of 3 cm and cut out the cake shapes with a cake cutter. Spread the lightly beaten egg on their top, sprinkle with the grated cheese, let it rest for 10 minutes, then bake it ready at 180 degrees C in approx. 25 minutes.
