1 teaspoon
sugar
3 dl (lukewarm)
Mizo milk (2.8%)
2.5 dkg
fresh yeast
50 dkg
flour
2 teaspoons
salt
10 dkg
melted Mizo tea butter
3 tablespoons
flour
1 teaspoon
salt

Instructions:

 

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm sugary milk. Mix the flour with the salt, then add the yeasted milk and butter. Knead and cover it, then let is rise for 1 hour.
Make small balls from the risen dough, twist them into long bars and shape them into pretzels. Put the pretzels in a baking tray on baking paper and bake them in a preheated 190 degree C oven.
For the glaze mix the flour and salt, then add enough water to make it creamy. Pour it on the baked pretzels, then put them back in the oven until the glaze hardens.
