Ingredients


10 dkg
soft Mizo butter
30 dkg
flour
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1 teaspoon
sugar
1 teaspoon
salt
15 dkg
Mizo sour cream (20%)

on the top:

1
egg
15 dkg
Mizo Trappist cheese

Instructions:

 

Crumble the butter in the flour and mush them with the other ingredients. Roll out the dough into a 1/2 cm thin layer, grease with lightly beaten eggs and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Cut it with a knife into sticks of any size you like and bake it golden broen in a preheated 180 degree C oven.
 
Tip: flax and/or sesame seeds may also be sprinled on the top instead of grated cheese.
