Yellow cottage cheese
Ingredients
1liter
Mizo UHT milk (2.8%)
10db
eggs
1 teaspoon of
salt
freshly ground black pepper
fresh chives
fresh basil
sweet pepper
red onion
10 dkg
Mizo Trappist cheese matured for 3 weeks
Instructions:
Chopped the washed and cleaned green spices, dice the red onion and the sweet peppers, then dice or grate the cheese as well.
Boil the milk with the salt and pepper. Mix the eggs with a fork with careful movements. Pour the eggs into the boiled milk and
cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it is curd-like. Season with chives, basil, red onion, sweet pepper and cheese, then pour onto a linen cloth, tie the four corners of the cloth together, then let the juice drip out. Store in the refrigerator until served.
