ANYÓSLEVES (MOTHER-IN-LAW SOUP)
Ingredients

pork leg or chicken breast fillet
1 small piece of
celery
1 slice
white pepper
2 handfuls of
fresh peas
2
mushrooms
5 dkg
Mizo butter
to taste
salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper

water

bay leaf
1 small glass of
Mizo sour cream (20%)
1/2
squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon of
mustard
2 dl
Mizo cooking cream (20%)
1 pinch of
chopped tarragon
Instructions:
PREPARATION:
Finely chop the peeled onion and dice the meat. Chop the vegetables, set aside the peas and sliced mushrooms. Sauté the onion in the heated butter, add the meat and sauté until it turns white. Add the vegetables, except the mushrooms and peas, and season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer over low heat for a few minutes. Add water and the bay leaf. Cook over a low heat until the meat and vegetables are tender. Mix the sour cream, lemon juice, mustard and cream and add to the soup with the mushrooms and peas. When the peas and mushrooms are cooked, season with tarragon and cook ready for about 10 minutes.
