Ginger-cinnamon apple soup

grated ginger
1.5 coffee spoons
ground cinnamon
5-6 eyes
clove

squeezed lemon juice
10 dkg
sugar
1 pinch
salt
3 dl
Mizo lactose-free milk
1 glass
Mizo lactose free sour cream
2 tablespoons
edible starch
1
meringues (optional)
Instructions:
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut the flesh into thin slices. Add enough water to cover it, add the spices, lemon juice, salt, sugar and cook for 10 minutes. Mix the milk, sour cream and starch until smooth, then dissolve it in the soup using the heat equalization method. Cook for a few more minutes, add more spices if necessary. Serve hot with meringue.
