Ingredients

Mizo butter + a little for the bread

(brown) sugar

freshly ground black pepper

white wine

water or broth

Instructions:
Peel all the onions and cut them into rings. Melt the butter, add the onion and sprinkle with sugar. Caramelize, sprinkle with salt, pepper, if prepared with water, then with seasoning powder, too. Pour over the wine, then water or broth, and after boiling, simmer for 1/2 - 3/4 hours. Toast the bread on a little melted butter, put it into the in the bowl and pour hot soup on it, then sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
