Vásárhelyi bag soup
Ingredients
For 4 persons

parsley root
1 smaller
celery tuber

chopped parsley green
to taste

freshly ground pepper

Mizo cottage cheese

egg
to taste
brindza
to taste

to taste
freshly ground pepper
to taste
grounded red pepper
to taste
Mizo sour cream
Instructions:
Clean, dice the vegetables, season them with salt and pepper, then cook a soup from them over low heat.
Mix the cottage cheese, eggs and bryndza (sheep milk cheese) for the filling.
Knead the dough from the eggs, flour, salt and as much water as it requires so that it can be kneaded. Roll it out on a floured surface, grease it, and sprinkle with pepper. Cut in half, cut 5x5 cm pieces from one half, and fill them all with the filling. Twist them at the four edges together to make small bundles. Roll out the other piece of dough, cut approx. 15 cm pieces from it, twist the pieces  all and tie a knot on them. Put them in the soup, cook together for another 20 minutes, then sprinkle with ground red pepper and serve with sour cream.
