Onion-cheese puffs with sour cream sauce

Mizo Trappist cheese
1 db
egg
1 tablespoon beaten
flour
to taste
Onion

For baking

as required
oil

For the sauce:

1 cup
Mizo sour cream (20%, 150 g)
1 clove
garlic
to taste
salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

 

 Mix the grated cheese, eggs, flour and chopped onions. Shape flat dumplings and deep fry them all. Drain the excess fat on a paper towel.
Season the sour cream with the crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
Serve the puffs with the sour cream sauce.
