Chicken breast layered with cottage cheese and apple in bacon

Instructions:

 

Dice the washed,  dried  chicken breast, season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with oregano, and fry it in a little vegetable oil until it turns white. Grease the muffin tin, line with bacon and put half of the peeled apple in it. Mix the cottage cheese with sour cream and pour over the apple layer. Put the meat and cheese on top and cover it with the remaining apples. Fold the bacon pieces that are over the top towards the middle and bake the food at 180 degrees C for approx. 30 minutes in an oven. As you take it out of the oven, let is rest for a few minutes, then gently turn over from the form. Serve with a garnish to your taste.
