Chicken breast with cheese and spiced butter with mayonnaise and potato salad

Mizo sour cream is 20%
2 dl
mayonnaise
1 smaller
onion
1 tablespoon

For the meat box:

50-60 dkg
chicken breast fillet
to taste
salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper

For the filling:

10 dkg
Mizo teavaj
10 dkg
Mizo Trappist cheese
to taste
salt
1 teaspoon
crumbled tarragon
1 teaspoon
mustard
to taste
freshly ground black pepper

For breading:

8-10 dkg
flour
2 pcs
egg
15 dkg
breadcrumbs

For baking:

as required

Instructions:

 

Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water, then let them cool. Peel and cut them into approx. 1/2 cm rings. Mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise, season it with mustard, salt and pepper. Carefully fold in the peeled, chopped onion and potatoes then put them in the fridge for a few hours.
Cut the chicken breast into thin slices, tenderize them, then season with salt and pepper.
Mix the butter and grated cheese, then season with salt, tarragon, mustard and pepper. Put it into the deep freezer for about 15 minutes so that it can be shaped easily.
Toss the spiced butter in the middle of the meat slices, fold in the meat and roll up the slices. Coat the rolls with flour, lightly beaten eggs and breadcrumbs and deep fry them. Drain the excess fat on a paper towel.
Serve the chicken with potato salad.
