Chicken breast wrapped in bacon and stuffed with dill-tarragon cottage cheese and cheese

Mizo cottage cheese
12 dkg
Mizo Trappist cheese
to taste
to taste
freshly ground pepper
to taste
chopped dill
to taste
crumbled tarragon

Tenderize the washed,   dried chicken breast, then season it with salt and pepper. Mix the cottage cheese  with the grated cheese, salt, season with dill  and/or tarragon to your taste. Spread the cottage cheese filling on the meat, roll it up tightly and wrap it in slices of bacon  Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and  bake them ready at 180 degrees C for approx. 35 minutes. It is best when the bacon has fried golden brown and crispy. Serve with rice or any side dish.
