“Lángos” (deep fried flatbread) with sour cream and cheese

2.5 dkg
fresh yeast
2.5 dl
Mizo milk (2.8%)
1 pinch
sugar
1/2 kg
flour
1 db
egg
1 glass
Mizo sour cream (20%, 150 g)
1/2 tablespoon
salt
1 tablespoon
oil

Instructions:

 

Dissolve the yeast in 1 dl of lukewarm sugary milk.
Add the eggs, sour cream, salt, oil, the dissolved yeast and the remaining milk to the flour. Thoroughly knead the dough. Once the dough is ready cover it with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise for 1 hour. Shape dumplings from the dough with oily hands and place them on an oiled tray. Form flatbreads by hand to a thickness to your taste and deep fry them in vegetable oil.
Spread sour cream on their top, salt and sprinkle them with grated cheese.
