Grated Mizo Trappist cheese

egg yolk
to taste



Dice the cold butter and crumble it into the flour. Add the cheese, finally knead thoroughly with the egg yolk and shape it into a loaf. Wrap in cling foil, then put in the refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour. Divide it into 2 parts. Roll out both into a round layer and cut them into triangles or any different shape of different sizes. Using a straw, prick small holes in the crackers. Arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and put them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
