Village focaccia
Ingredients
1 dl
lukewarm Mizo milk (2.8%)
1 teaspoon
sugar
3 dkg
fresh yeast
40 dkg
flour
1 teaspoon
salt
2 tablespoons
oil
1 dl
lukewarm water
40 dkg
Mizo sour cream (20%)
5 dkg
homemade smoked bacon
5 dkg
homemade sausages
1 medium
purple Onion
10 dkg
Mizo Trappist cheese
Instructions:
Dissolve the sugar in the lukewarm milk, crumble the yeast in it, then let it rise in a lukewarm place.
Add the salt, oil and the dissolved yeast to the flour. Stir while adding water little by little. Knead by hand and leave to rise for 40 minutes.
Stretch it to the size of a baking tray then put it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread sour cream on it, arrange the diced bacon, the sausage and onion on it, then sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake it ready in a preheated 180 degree C oven in 20 minutes.
